As I have stated before (or not?), currently I am completing my internship program at Chi***ft, a Dutch software house mainly focusing on developing health care information system. Yes, health care, the one related with hospital, doctors, and all medication stuff which I’m not so familiar with except with some words that I’ve heard before in all Grey’s Anatomy episodes..:)

So, yesterday, I had this explanation session from one of my colleague. She explained the current health care information system workflow starting from patient registration, ER management, OR management, Surgery schedule, up to surgical tools management!! Can u imagine how big it is??!! Huff,, but I was so thrilled to hear all the words, because at some point, I felt like watching one of Grey’s episodes..haha..When I saw the surgery schedule, it reminded me to the scene where the chief and the doctors were staring at the surgical board and having this funny conversation. Or when I saw the surgical tools pictures then it reminded me when McDreamy said “Scalpel” and then he was given the tools right away..hihi.. (I am so cannot wait for the next episode!!Please stop the writer strike a.s.a.p!)

Suddenly,I remembered how I wanted to be a doctor when i was such a kid. But, every little kid used to have a dream to be a doctor, right?haha. Furthermore, most of my aunties are doctors, so that was some kind of motivation for me to be a doctor as well. But as time passed by, that dream just flew away. disappeared. And finally I ended up to be an IT student. So, I think that working on this project is the closest way to pursue my oldest dream. LOL.
